Privacy notice
What we store, what we don't, and why.
Placeholder copy below — final version pending pre-GA legal review. Send feedback to doug@errlens.com.
Plain English
ErrLens stores production-error events your applications send via the SDK. We don't capture session replays, screen recordings, or memory snapshots. We scrub common PII patterns (emails, IPs, auth tokens) at ingest, before data hits disk.
Account data (your name, email, password hash, organisation membership) is held for the lifetime of your account. Issue and event data are held for the retention period of your plan (defaults disclosed at GA).
EU customers can use the EU-pinned ingest endpoint, which keeps event data within EU borders contractually. The default endpoint may move between regions over time.
Formal version
The formal privacy notice — controller details, lawful bases, sub-processor list, retention specifics, transfer mechanisms — lands at GA. The site is pre-launch; this page exists so the footer link doesn't 404. If you need the full DPA in the meantime, email hello@errlens.com.
